CORE COMPONENTS of the AccuTrack System
|
On-Line Coal Analyzer
Knowledge is power. You've got coal on your belt. You also have a mix of trace
elements that could keep your boiler from running at peak efficiency. Coal
analysis gives you the data you need to burn your fuel as cleanly and
economically as possible.
|
Bunker Coal Flow Modeling
When exactly will those trace elemennts hit the boiler? Is that trainload still
in the bunker, or was it already burned? How will they blend as they flow
through the bunker? ECG has developed the most sophisticated flow modeling in
the industry, with a real-time graphical interface that traces fuel flow from
bunker to boiler.

Fuel Tracking Software
You watch data from many sources - sometimes too many. Accutrack integrates the
data you need into a complete fuel tracking solution. With E-Notification, it
will even alert your mobile device when parameters you define are crossed. Let
AccuTrack watch your coal so you can watch your business.

AccuTrack's History
AccuTrack was created out of the necessity to consolidate all of the pertinent
information needed for tracking, blending, and burning different types of fuel.
AccuTrack was designed to track the transfer of fuel, and its specifications,
from the barge, truck and/or rail to the yard, and from the yard to the bunker
while gathering other relevant information available electronically including
shipment details, unit load projections, etc. AccuTrack is geared for providing
easy and efficient access to information that will assist in operating and
optimizing the plant's fuel activity.

AccuTrack utilizes the real-time OSIsoft™ PI System™ together with Microsoft
SQL Server to provide a comprehensive system with everything from shipment and
burn tracking to stock pile inventories. PI-ProcessBook® is used to interface
PI System™ servers for displaying real-time yard information (updates
every ~10 seconds) with other inventory results. This real-time information is
also used daily by supervisors and operators to monitor the equipment
operation, calculated blends, flow rates, etc. MS Access is used to interface
the SQL Server for the system administration and for generating fuel activity
and inventory reports that are designed to assist in plant operations and to
monitor plant performance. Also, data from the corporate fuel database
system(s) is replicated to the AccuTrack SQL Server. This fuel data can provide
the following: fuel type tonnage received and unloaded at the plant which is
utilized in the inventory calculations; shipment summary and detail reports
that are designed for providing quick access to plant shipment records.
