The YardCam add-on came about from a desire to monitor fuel yard activity from an office PC.
The interface consists of a simple treeview structure from which the user can navigate
through all of the cameras mounted in the field from any PC with a connection to the Plant intranet.
The YardCam interface has proven to be a useful tool for the yard supervisors for keeping an eye
on the day to day yard operations from afar. YardCam can also be made more robust with the addition of
BoilerCam©archiving
software for keeping an automated, user administered visual record of the fuel quantities in the yard.
