Ammonia Tracking: Ammonia, and other non-fuel bulk materials, have begun
to play a critical roll in power plants globally. AccuTrack can accurately
maintain shipment, unload, inventory and consumption details for all your
non-fuel bulk materials.
System Reporting: The data for reports, including shipment activity,
consumption, inventory activity, etc., is stored in the system database and is
accessible through a standard web browsing interface.

Operation Feedback: Overview displays developed for OSIsoft™
PI-ProcessBook® can be very useful to the plant operators. For example, the
visual feedback can be used to obtain a more accurate blend or desired mix of
BTU during bunker loading.
On-the-Belt Blending and Destination: AccuTrack has the ability to track
coal blending in real-time as it is being loaded to the bunker, even for the
most sophisticated plant. This has proven to be an invaluable tool for
operations and corporate reporting.
Predicting Load Capacity / Dispatching: The output from the bunker flow
model can be used to assist in predicting and dispatching plant generating
capacity.

On-Line Analyzers: Coal analyzers, and other instrumentation, have been
utilized as real-time input for AccuTrack. This data has greatly enhanced the
accuracy and expands the capability of the software. The results from the
analyzed samples are tracked through the system to provide more accurate
consumption results. Instrumentation installed to monitor unloading can be used
to identify material properties and can provide valuable insight to the makeup
of the inventory.
Monthly Heat-Rate: Heat rate can be calculated based on the input/output
method. The centralized database of AccuTrack allows users to accurately query
and summarize the bunkered tons, average BTU, and plant generation which can be
used to report average heat rate. AccuTrack has proven to save time and money
when compiling monthly performance results.
